Just what is the customer experience in today's competitive environment? Our view is simple but yet complicated to implement. We strive everyday to make sure we develop relationships for the long term. I have written or been involved in over ten thousand transactions in my store. A couple of examples is we have one customer who brings in the same item since 2006 and we give him the same amount each time even though the value of the item has diminished greatly. He can get a loan on this item at anytime and will be out the of the store within minutes depending on who is in front of him. The other example is we had a couple come in the store a few months back. The husband does contract work and had a delay in their payment structure. We gave them a large loan with a great rate and it took less than an hour, try this at a bank, it would never happen. What is the take away from these experiences? Some people fall on hard times and need some help. They are looking for a professional who handles their particular situation with dignity and treats them with fairness, honesty and respect. Potential customers who come to us for help are always appreciative of the way we handle the situation. Our reviews on sites such as Google never really reflect those transactions that went very well and our customer was very happy with either their loan structure or a purchase they made. Our primary focus is short term collateralized loans with low rates and flexibility on how it is paid back. Our competitors cannot compete with us on this level, they just have way too much overhead.
