The state of Florida mandates the transaction must take place in a licensed storefront. This should not be permitted or allow state licensed shops to conduct loans online. With a much larger audience we would compete more aggressively with lower rates. One thing about online lenders, you have no recourse with them. If they misplace your valuables the state will tell you they cannot help you due to companies like Borro operate with no regulations. This needs to change, and it needs to change immediately.
